Our return policy:
We know with online shopping you never quite know how something will look until you put it on. We want to make it as fun and as easy as possible to shop with us from start to finish. If for some reason you’re not completely happy and satisfied with your order you may request a return.
*If you purchased through eBay, please process your return through eBay. If you do not, you risk losing your buyer protections.
*If you purchased in our brick & mortar store located at 3305 JFK Blvd, NLR, Arkansas, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, returns or credit due.
*If you purchased through shopbridalcottage.com, please email us at email@example.com. Include your name, the item(s) that you purchased and the reason for return in the email. Failure to send an email before shipping the item back to us will result in a delay of refund.
Additionally, if we decide to deny your refund, we will email you to discuss your two options. One, you may either pay for shipping of the item(s) back to you OR two, you may forfeit the items to The Bridal Cottage.
We only accept returns within 14 days of UPS Delivery. If you decide to return the item(s) you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. The Bridal Cottage is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to our store.
Conditions for returns request to be met are as follows: all returns must be unworn; the item(s) must be in the same packaging that it was received; the items must be free of stains, makeup, odors (perfume, cigarette smoke, etc), other damages, and alterations. Anything returned with the above-mentioned problems and or issues will result in a denial of refund. Refunds will be issued once the return has been inspected and approved by The Bridal Cottage.
